I’m there from step one to help you with things like:  

  • Prenatal breastfeeding class
  • First latch and hospital breastfeeding session
  • Expert tips for better latch and efficient feeding
  • Breastfeeding Challenges: Nipple and breast pain, nipple sores, fungus and bacterial infection, engorgement and blocked ducts, over supply, under supply, slow weight gain, premature birth, tied tongue, gas, reflux, allergy and more
  • Other Breastfeeding Issues: 4-month crisis, 10-month crisis, biting, nursing strikes
  • Introducing bottles and pacifiers
  • Starting solids

Consultation Process

Before Our Meeting

A quick phone call helps me understand your specific challenges and any special tools I might need. No need for you to do any prep or special planning beforehand. I understand babies have their own schedules! If they need to breastfeed just before I arrive, please do so without hesitation. I've never left a consultation without seeing the baby breastfeed, so no worries!

On The Day of Our Meeting

At the begining of our session we'll chat about your pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding journey, and any medical notes. After a quick weigh-in, I'll observe a feeding session to offer personalized guidance for smoother nursing. If the baby needs to eat before we had time to chat, no problem! We can talk while I'm observing your breastfeeding.

Working Together

Let's work together to make breastfeeding a positive and rewarding experience for you and your baby. We'll discover comfortable positions and perfect your baby's latch for pain-free, effective breastfeeding. We'll adress all of your breastfeeding challanges. By the end of our session you will have an answer to all your breastfeeding questions.

After Our Meeting

Once we achieve comfortable breastfeeding and answer your questions, you'll receive a detailed summary and action plan to continue your journey confidently. Don't hesitate to reach out via email, schedule a call, or book a follow-up appointment for further support.

Let me tell you a bit about myself...

Motherhood sparked my passion for breastfeeding: When I began my own breastfeeding journey with my daughter Tamar, now 12, I discovered a beautiful experience. But challenges arose too. With the invaluable guidance of a lactation consultant, I overcame them, and breastfeeding became a source of joy and calm during those early months. This ignited my desire to help other mothers achieve the same positive experience.

From personal journey to professional calling: Shortly after, I started my path to becoming a lactation consultant. I completed my studies and proudly earned my IBCLC certification. For the past 12 years, I’ve honed my skills by supporting mothers in hospital and home settings, witnessing countless breastfeeding successes has solidified my calling and fuels my dedication to empower mothers on their unique journeys.
